Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: Yes! All items that are sold through Operate are thoroughly checked by our team. We have a team of legit checkers throughout all hyped and designer brands, making sure that you don't have to worry about authenticity!
Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
A: Operate only sells brand new items.
Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest to refer to the original manufacturers sizing guide as shoes sizes can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Q: My tracking is not updating, what should I do?
A: During COVID-19, Australia Post are working hard to make sure your parcels arrive on time, but it can take extra time for tracking to update. Please allow an extra week from dispatch.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Express shipping takes 2-4 days from dispatch, please allowed for 1-3 days processing.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive a order confirmation, Once Operate has shipped your order, you will receive an additional email with your tracking number.
Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All orders are shipped from Operate HQ.
Q: Do you do returns?
A: We are a small company that currently does not do 'change of mind' returns. If your item has a major flaw we can offer refunds. Factory flaws are not a reason for a refund. We also do not do returns for accidental purchases. In certain circumstances we may offer size swaps depending on product availability.
