  4. Inability to Serve Normal or Disclosed Purpose: If the product cannot be used for its intended purpose or any alternate purpose that was communicated by the consumer to the seller prior to purchase, and if the issue cannot be reasonably rectified within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions: Please note that this returns policy does not apply to products that are sold as seconds, are labeled as having defects, or were discounted due to faults that were clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
