SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When placing an online order through Operate, all items are shipped through Australia Post. Please note that Operate is not responsible for items lost in transit caused by Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia
Shipping within Australia through Operate is completed through Australia Post. Expected delivery time for domestic shipping is 3 - 6 business days Australia wide. We do offer express shipping, reducing times down to 2 - 4 business days.
Shipping Outside Australia
We do not currently ship outside of Australia, with the exception of New Zealand.
For purchases made with Operate, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway. If you are concerned about sizing, please feel free to email us at email@example.com before your purchase.
There are certain circumstances which may warrant a refund, including if the product is not authentic or is faulty. Faults do not include factory flaws.
If a purchase made is faulty or deemed not to be authentic, then Operate will provide a return label with either store credit or a full refund.
